For our very loyal online customers year on year, this year we're offering Free delivery on all orders within around a 10 mile radius from Romford. With £0.00 minimum spend amount. This includes the following postcodes all the RM postcodes RM1, RM2, RM3, RM4, RM5, RM6, RM7, RM8, RM9, RM10, RM11, RM13, RM14, RM15, RM16, RM17, RM18, RM19,RM20, CM11, CM12, CM13, CM14, CM15, SS5, SS6, SS7, SS11, SS12, SS13, SS14, SS15, SS16 .Postcodes not listed above, will not be included.
This discount will automatically be added upon check-out. During the period 15 October-December, we deliver Monday-Sunday between 9am-9pm. Orders placed before 8pm will be delivered the following day. (please allow an additional day during our busy season) All deliveries will require a signature and proof of age 18+. We operate a challenge 25 policy.
The increased delivery charge is not because of a faster delivery service, but is purely because of the nature of the goods being delivered. We always recommend ordering at least a one week before your event.

Returns
Hopefully you will never need to return a product, but if you do, please follow instructions below.
Damaged Goods
If your goods arrive damaged, you must notify us within days so 7 we can arrange for the items to be replaced and collected.
Unwanted Goods
If you decide that you no longer want the items, you must contact us within 7 working days of delivery. We will then arrange for our specialist courier to collect the items from you at the cost of delivery it will cost to return to us (It is illegal to send the items through the postal service or an unlicensed courier). Items must be unopened and in their original packaging. However you may open transport packaging to inspect the goods. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the goods minus postage and packaging both ways.

We try to keep the stock availability on the web site up to date, but sometimes a product may be out of stock, if this happens we will endeavour to find suitable alternative or replace with an item of the same or higher value.
