Refund Policy

Items Missing:

If you seem to be missing a item from the package, which is very unlikely. Please contact us within 5 Working days in writing with your order reference. We will contact our delivery service to find the missing item, if it cannot be found, you will be issued a with a replacement or a credit note.

If you are unsatisfied with the product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and we will organise a delivery service to pick up and return the items to us (This may incur a delivery charge)

Damaged Items:

Your items appear to be damaged, please supply us with photographs of the products immediately and we will arrange a replacement.
