We offer free local delivery on orders over £150.00 within 15 miles from us.

Throughout the firework season (October till December) orders will be sent out by 12pm each day and will arrive next day. Our delivery agent will contact you with a time. Out of season fireworks are sent out once a week on a Thursday and will arrive next day to you. Please make sure someone over the age of 18 is in to receive the parcel, it is usually best to get the delivery sent to your work address. A redelivery charge will apply if a missed delivery.

The specialist courier we use to deliver our fireworks closes on the 23rd December and re-opens on the 5th of January which means the last day we can send orders is Monday 21st December for delivery on Tuesday 22nd. If you plan on collecting your order, we are open all year round. Out of season we are open by appointment only and from October 1st – January 5th we are open 9am – 7pm.

We open from 1st October – 31st December every year for the firework periods, out of season we can supply fireworks all year round, by appointment which you can contact us at – 01708 287575.

You will receive a email with your receipt, then the order will be processed. Then you will get a text message from out courier with the day and time your order will arrive. You will need to have someone above the age of 18 to sign for the order, we recommend order to your work location if you cannot possibly be home.

All of our deliveries come with next day as standard shipping. Your order should be with you within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have any problems, feel free to contact us on: 01708287575.

During peak season, our orders are dispatched daily. If you would like to alter or cancel your order, we recommend calling us directly on: 01708287575 with your order reference number as soon as you can, so we can make the changes before the courier’s arrival. Once orders have left us, we are unable to change any order.

As we offer next day delivery as standard, the courier should contact you about the status of your order.

Please contact us directly on: 01708287575 and we can check if your order has been delivered or delayed. All order require a signature upon arrival, if you have not received your order, it may have been left with a neighbor. Please contact us so we can check with the courier for more information.

If you have received the wrong item, please contact us on: 01708287575 and we will be happy to help. In some cases an item may have been substituted due to items being either faulty or out of stock, in this case we will generally contact you first about a substitute item.

If a product has been delivered to you damaged, please take photographs of the damage and contact us as soon possible on: 01708287575 or by email: sales@fireworks4sale.co.uk so that we can arrange a replacement and collection of the damaged product, or a refund.
